Brickhouse Roasted Amber Ale
A mighty-mighty roasted coffee-like aroma with an initial rich malty sweetness complimented by hints of caramel and balanced with a moderate bitterness in the back. Overall smooth finish.

Put your hands in the air if you’ve ever been a little sloppy at the Indianapolis 500! Wave ‘em around if it was in Turn 3...that’s what we thought. As a nod to our love of all things Indiana, we dub this brew “Sloppy in Turn #3.” A rich golden ale with a light orange aroma, sporting a smooth body with a splash of citrus & a dry, biscuity finish.
Mr. Papagiorgio Honey Oatmeal Pale Ale
This Pale Ale was brewed with Eisele’s Raw Honey, and it was dry-hopped with Wakatu hops. It’s medium-bodied with a subtle sweetness and smooth mouthfeel.

#PhelpsFace Double IPA was brewed with 10 additions of Pacific Jade hops. Pacific Jade is a hop that derives from New Zealand and was used in this brew for both bittering and aroma purposes. It’s big and bold with a splash of citrus fruit and black pepper.

Now, in honor of Movember, our brewers put their bearded heads together to craft up a “tough guy” beer that would be perfect for a Movember feature. The beer includes the manliest ingredients we could think of—bacon and applewood smoked malt! We then watched Anchorman, inspiration hit, and we came up with our new Pants Party Smoked Bacon Porter featuring Smoking Goose Bacon Bits.
